As we continue to not take prepayments or credit cards to book a service, we require that our customers are fully committed to making the service their #1 priority for that time. In return, we guarantee you a great cut or shave that has our undivided attention.
We respect your time—please respect ours.
A 24 hour notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No-shows and late cancellations (under 12 hours) may result in a 100% service invoice
Missed appointments mean we lose income and can’t offer that appointment to someone else—it impacts us twice.
